Mayor Morgan Ellis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Council members Casey Brooks, Avery Chen, Jordan Reed, and Taylor Rivera were present. City Clerk Jamie Parker recorded the minutes.

Public comment

No public comments were offered.

Public Works report

Public Works Director Alex Monroe reported that summer street maintenance was complete. The Council received the report. No policy change or ordinance was adopted.

Clerk’s report

The Clerk confirmed current office hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–noon.
